The role

• Strong market knowledge and client relationships, with experience winning and delivering business.

We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to deliver live retained and exclusive assignments, with scope to develop your own specialist desk and take on client relationships over time.

The role

• Source, qualify, and build relationships with candidates across the US.
• Manage recruitment assignments from initial qualification through placement.
• Develop expertise in your market and get involved in business development and account growth.

What we're looking for

• 1-4 years of experience in permanent, white-collar recruitment.
• A background in a 180, 270, or 360 roles, with strong organizational and candidate management skills.
• Someone who wants to develop their market expertise and take on more responsibility.

Previous sustainability recruitment experience isn't required.
